We live on Purple Mountain and have numerous historical and cultural and scenic sites within walking distance of our house. We have purchased annual passes for about $20 which allow us to enter any site/gate on the mountain. On a couple of different outings, I took some random shots of things along the way.

What is that green "popcicle" Jim is eating?? Yuck! Maybe a tricky way to get kids to eat their veggies! We miss you. Julie
Jeepers, Julie! I just put those photos up a few minutes ago! He is eating a "mung bean" popsicle--about as popular as the kidney bean one! Maybe that's why he is laying flat on his back a few photos later...
